I joined ADMY in 2023 and now lead the team responsible for helping partners launch and scale their own advertising solutions. My work combines product development, integrations, technical support, process improvement, and team leadership.
Working at the intersection of product and integrations has given me a perspective on what drives successful launches: which setup decisions create momentum, how the same technology stack can deliver very different results depending on early choices, and where partners tend to overestimate or underestimate the complexity of running their own platforms.
What I Work On
ADMY Retargeting is the product we built to bring back users who left a site without converting and re-engage customers who have become inactive. The technical setup is only part of the challenge. The more important question is timing: for one partner, a lapsed visitor may be worth pursuing for weeks, while for another, the opportunity may disappear within hours. Choosing the right settings can have a major impact on campaign efficiency.
Campaign analysis in SelfServe started with a support question we kept answering manually. Advertisers could see that their campaign requests had been filtered out, but not why. Now the platform explains the reasons clearly, whether the targeting is too narrow, the endpoints do not match the content type, or another issue is affecting delivery. A recurring support question has become a self-service feature that partners can use without our assistance.
Previous Experience
Before joining ADMY, I worked as Head Support Administrator at Adscompass, focusing on technical support, platform operations, and team coordination. The role also involved ensuring smooth communication between users, support specialists, and internal teams.
Events
Since 2023, I have represented ADMY at major industry events, including SiGMA Eurasia and Affiliate World Dubai, iGB Affiliate Barcelona, SBC Summit Lisbon, SiGMA Central Europe in Rome, Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok, and MAC in Yerevan.
